3. Appointment Booking

Appointment requests made through the Site are processed by Dentrix Ascend, an independent third-party practice management platform. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only when you receive direct confirmation from our office. KB Smiles Dental is not responsible for errors or outages affecting the Dentrix Ascend platform.

4. Dental Savings Plan

Our in-house dental savings plan is administered through DentalPlan.me, an independent third-party platform. Enrollment and plan terms are governed by the agreement presented to you through DentalPlan.me at the time of enrollment. KB Smiles Dental reserves the right to modify or discontinue the plan with reasonable notice to enrolled members.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and the overall design, is the property of KB Smiles Dental or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including Dentrix Ascend, DentalPlan.me, Google Maps, Instagram, and Facebook. These links are provided as a convenience. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
